Timothy Richard Lavelle is a Search Engine Optimization Manager for an Irvine, CA based company, but enjoys spending time outside of the office and away from glowing rectangles.

He was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but transplanted to Southern California at the early age of two and a half. He still feels most comfortable surrounded by snow-capped peaks, though he’s lived in SoCal for over 20 years now.
Tim does not subscribe to any particular faith, method, or system, but appreciates regular meditation and certain philosophical leanings of Taoism, Buddhism, New Age mysticism and even Shamanism.
He chronicles his adventures at Chayacitra in the hopes that others will be similarly inspired by the beauty of natural wonders.
